Introducing the NEW NYSBA Insurance Program Website

Welcome to the New York State Bar Association Insurance Program!

The New York State Bar Association Insurance Program has helped to protect NYSBA members and their law firms for over 50 years. Today, the NYSBA Insurance Program offers 13 firm and personal coverage solutions to help safeguard members’ professional reputation, businesses, and families.  Administered exclusively by USI Affinity, the NYSBA Insurance Program provides a wide array of comprehensive insurance solutions offering members unique advantages in quality coverage, competitive rates and second-to-none service.

Now members can easily take advantage of the insurance protections included in their NYSBA membership program through the Program’s newly renovated website. The new site presents extensive product information on personal coverages, including: Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, Auto, Home, Long-Term Care, and Business Overhead insurance. In addition to these coverage options, the NYSBA Insurance Program also offers student loan refinancing, which can save lawyers, on average, more than $15,000 over the life of the loan.

Firm coverages under the NYSBA Insurance Program include: Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, Employment Practice Liability, Cyber Liability, and Directors & Officers Insurance.

An exciting, new feature of the updated website is the Risk Management Resource Center. This digital hub of information allows members to stay up-to-date on the latest in cyber liability, professional liability, and other risk management topics with educational videos, blog posts, and more.
